本站（下称"本服务"）提供一项免费的图片处理功能：去除 GPT Image 2 生成图片中的 特征性伪影。使用本服务即表示你接受以下条款。如果你不接受，请不要上传图片。

1. 你对上传内容负责

你上传的每一张图片，法律责任完全在你。使用本服务即表示你声明并保证：

• 你拥有上传该图片所必需的权利，或已获得权利人授权；
• 该图片的内容不违反你所在辖区的法律，也不违反本服务运行所在地的法律；
• 该图片不含儿童性虐待材料、不含未经同意的私密影像、不侵犯他人的著作权、 肖像权、隐私权或其他权利。

我们不预先审查上传内容，也没有能力核实上述声明。这不减轻你的责任。

2. 我们不主张任何权利

我们不对你的图片主张任何著作权、所有权或使用许可，超出下述"为运行和改进本服务 所必需"的范围之外。我们不出售、不出租、不向第三方披露你的图片，法律强制要求的情形除外。

我们会按抽样比例保存一部分上传图片，用于评估和改进清理效果。保存的范围、期限和 删除方式见隐私说明。

3. 我们可以拒绝或删除

我们可以在不事先通知的情况下，拒绝处理任何请求、删除任何已保存的内容、或限制任何 用户的访问。我们会对上传内容做自动化筛查，并据此决定是否保存。

4. 使用限制

本服务按每个浏览器会话设有每日额度，并有针对滥用的自动化限制。请不要：

• 规避额度、人机验证或工作量证明机制；
• 以自动化方式批量提交请求；
• 试图使本服务或其后端过载、中断或不可用。

如果你需要批量处理，请直接使用 开源的本地版本——它在你自己的机器上运行，没有任何额度限制，也不会上传任何东西。

5. 不提供任何担保

本服务按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途 适用性和不侵权的担保。

具体而言：本服务随时可能离线、变慢或中断；处理结果可能不符合你的预期；已保存的 数据可能因故障丢失。请勿将本服务用于任何你无法承受其失败后果的用途，也不要把本服务 当作你图片的存储或备份。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何直接、间接、 附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

6. 条款变更

我们可能修订本条款。实质性修订会提高页面顶部的版本号，届时你在上传前会再次看到 同意提示。继续使用即表示接受新版本。

This site (the "Service") offers one free function: removing the artifacts characteristic of GPT Image 2 output from an image. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not upload anything.

1. You are responsible for what you upload

Legal responsibility for every image you upload rests entirely with you. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• you hold the rights necessary to upload the image, or have the rights holder's permission;
• its content is lawful in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where the Service operates;
• it is not child sexual abuse material, not non-consensual intimate imagery, and does not infringe anyone's copyright, likeness, privacy or other rights.

We do not review uploads in advance and cannot verify any of the above. That does not reduce your responsibility.

2. We claim nothing

We claim no copyright, ownership or licence over your images beyond what is necessary to operate and improve the Service as described below. We do not sell, rent or disclose your images to third parties, except where compelled by law.

We keep a sampled proportion of uploads to evaluate and improve the cleanup. What is kept, for how long, and how to have it removed is set out in the privacy notice.

3. We may refuse or remove

We may refuse any request, delete any stored content, or restrict any user's access, without notice. Uploads are screened automatically, and that screening informs whether an image is kept.

4. Usage limits

The Service applies a daily allowance per browser session, plus automated limits against abuse. Please do not:

• circumvent the allowance, the human-verification check or the proof-of-work;
• submit requests in bulk by automated means;
• attempt to overload, disrupt or deny access to the Service or its backend.

If you need to process images in bulk, use the open-source local version instead — it runs on your own machine with no limits and uploads nothing.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Concretely: the Service may go offline, slow down or break at any time; results may not meet your expectations; stored data may be lost to failure. Do not rely on it for anything whose failure you cannot absorb, and do not treat it as storage or backup for your images.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes

These terms may be revised. A substantive revision raises the version number at the top of this page, and you will be shown the consent notice again before you can upload. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.
